Stillman Properties is Kris and Laura Miller — husband and wife, parents of two young boys, and partners in a company built around the kind of home they'd want for their own family.
Kris is a Clemson-educated civil engineer with over a decade of multifaceted experience — from custom residences and multifamily developments to commercial and environmental projects. That breadth shaped him into a well-rounded builder with deep command of project management, structural decisions, and problem-solving across every phase of construction. He guides every project personally, from early design through completion, with hands-on involvement and transparent communication.
Laura brings more than a decade of experience in global sourcing and procurement to the business — a background in international vendor relationships, materials sourcing, and cost negotiation that translates directly to keeping a custom build on track. Today she leads design, client experience, and back-office operations at Stillman Properties, shaping the finished feel of every home and serving as a dedicated point of contact through the most decision-intensive part of the build.

Charlotte is our home market — we know its neighborhoods, its lots, its permitting nuances, and the trades who do their best work here.
